The Washington Wizards went with an all-rookie lineup during the first quarter of Tuesday nights game against the Milwaukee Bucks, marking the first time five rookies were on the court at the same time since the Houston Rockets “did so on March 1 of last year.”
With 36.6 seconds left in the first quarter of Tuesday nights 95-76 loss to the Bucks, Wizards head coach Flip Saunders went with an all-rookie lineup of John Wall, Jordan Crawford, Trevor Booker, Kevin Seraphin, and Hamady N’diaye. Unfortunately, the young rookies weren’t able to provide a spark for the team.
Crawford finished the game with a team-high 22 points (9-of-17 FG), four rebounds, three assists, and two steals in 27 minutes, marking his best performance since joining the Wizards.
