There has been no shortage of rookie hazing this year. We are only a week into preseason and we have already heard about more than a handful of hazing stories. The class song for this years rookies is hands down “Teach Me How To Dougie” by Cali Swag District. Rookies have been busting moves to this song ever since the 2010 NBA Rookie Photo Shoot back in August.
The Golden State Warriors’ rookies are the latest group of players to teach fans how to Dougie. While at an open practice, Monta Ellis got on the mic and called out the teams rookies. The DJ then started pumping “Teach Me How To Dougie” through the loud speakers and the rest is history. The rookies were also given Tinker Bell backpacks. Not sure what they’ll have to do with them, but they rival the Princess bags the Pacers’ rookies were given earlier this month.
