Earlier in the week we posted a “Who To Watch For” article focusing on Sherron Collins of the Charlotte Bobcats summer league team. So far, Collins hasn’t given us much to watch. During his first game of summer league play he only managed to see the floor for 14 minutes. Within that time he had seven points and two assists.
In his second game of action he gave us even less to watch for as he was demoted from the starting lineup. Collins scored just two points against the Oklahoma City Thunder in only 10 minutes of play.
However, The Rookie Wall hasn’t let you down. Yesterday, Collins tweeted about Lindsay Lohan going to jail. For those who don’t know, Lohan was sentenced yesterday to 90 days in jail for missing mandatory alcohol treatment classes.
From the looks of the tweet, Collins seems quite upset. I wonder what Collins fascination with Lindsay Lohan is. Maybe he grew up on The Parent Trap or liked Lohan in Mean Girls. Whatever the connection, it’s quite amusing how interested and upset Collins seems about Lohans jail sentencing.
If Collins continues to break news like this Harvey Levin may have a job waiting for him at TMZ when his basketball career is over.
